It’s easy to think…”I’m too tired to exercise.”

But sometimes, avoiding movement is part of the reason we continue to feel so tired.

Our bodies are designed to move. When we use them regularly, we build strength, improve our fitness and make everyday life feel easier.

That doesn’t mean pushing yourself through an exhausting workout every day. It could be a strength session, a walk, some mobility work, or simply doing a little more than you did yesterday.

You don’t have to feel motivated or full of energy before you begin.

Sometimes you move first…and the energy follows. 💪🏼

Six months in, and this is what I’m most proud of

Six months in, and this is what I’m most proud of 🤍

Not just opening the doors to Mi Strength, but seeing the community that has grown inside it.

Watching people get stronger, build confidence, try things they never thought they could do, and actually enjoy the process has been the best part of it all.

For me, strength training has never just been about lifting weights. It’s about feeling more capable, more confident and more comfortable in yourself — and doing it in a space where you feel supported.

And just as importantly… having fun along the way.

Last week was such a lovely reminder of what Mi Strength has become: people training together, encouraging each other, laughing, celebrating, and of course eating cake afterwards 🎂 Thanks to @stokescoffee 💛

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the first six months. You’ve helped make the studio feel like so much more than just a place to work out.

Here’s to getting stronger, building confidence and having plenty more fun together 🤍
